LifeCell's manufacturers claim that it is an all in one anti-aging solution product. Designed to address the facial skin as a whole, as well as target the areas around the eyes and mouth where fine lines and wrinkles appear, LifeCell is a topical cream that does not contain the ingredients to support these claims. LifeCell does contain some proven ingredients, but relies too heavily on one area of the problem of aging skin to be an all in one solution like it claims.

LifeCell Ingredients

LifeCell relies largely on powerful antioxidants to deliver the results advertised. Antioxidants are essential in any skin care product, as they act to fight off damage to the cells caused by harmful free radicals and other environmental damages. LifeCell contains both Alpha Lipoic Acid and idebenone, which act as a protection to the cells of the skin. It also contains Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, which many claim is a viable alternative to BOTOX®. Though LifeCell touts this benefit as well, medical professionals have declared that it is not true.

LifeCell Benefits

LifeCell claims to be an all in one treatment for the signs of aging. As said above, the claim that the ingredient Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 is as good as BOTOX® has been debunked by several medical professionals. Moving on to the rest of the active ingredients, it is true that the powerful antioxidants in the form of idebenone and Alpha Lipoic Acid will provide some protection and regenerative effects to the cells of the skin. These antioxidant ingredients in LifeCell will help to preserve the skin cells and collagen fibers, but removing existing wrinkles is another story.

Buy LifeCell

LifeCell is available for order online. A 40 day supply of LifeCell costs $189, and a free thirty day trial is offered. When ordering, buyers must supply their credit card information. If a refund is not requested within 30 days, the full $189 will be charged to their credit card. While free trial offers are attractive, there are several complaints about the difficulty of stopping the automatic billing cycle with LifeCell. After the 30 day free trial, there is still a 120 money back guarantee, during which a full refund can still be requested by returning any remaining product. Also, those who wish to sign up long term for LifeCell's automatic shipment program pay a discounted price of $149 per shipment, plus shipping and handling charges.

Does LifeCell work?

LifeCell’s claims stand on the antioxidants in their formula, and while antioxidants are a necessary part of any anti-wrinkle cream treatment for wrinkles and fine lines, antioxidants alone are not enough to address all of the issues involved with skin aging. An anti-wrinkle cream that also contains ingredients designed to cushion the skin as well as ingredients to help relax the muscles that are responsible for creating deep lines and wrinkles is a much better bet. While LifeCell may provide some beneficial effects due to the inclusion of ingredients such as Alpha Lipoic Acid and idebenone, it is still lacking in some areas necessary to justify the claim of being an all in one treatment.
